You may be required to submit documentation to the Financial Aid Office to complete your financial aid. Certain forms requested can be found below. The Financial Aid Office will let you know via your CCC email which forms you need to complete.
There are a variety of ways you can submit information to our office. Type the information into the form, print, and sign prior to submitting; any unsigned forms will be returned to you for signature. You may submit the forms in the following ways:
Print, sign, and forward the form by attaching it through your My Financial Aid student portal (ry17j.volamdolong.com/myfinancialaid) using the manage button or emailing to finaid@volamdolong.com. A typed signature is not valid.

Regardless of the campus you are attending you can turn documents in to any of the Financial Aid Offices located in Columbus, Grand Island, Hastings, Kearney, Lexington, Holdrege, or Ord.
